The blending assembly mixes concentrated syrup into the base product as it dispenses, so flavour reaches every sip. One gallon of syrup pours up to 435 slush servings or 180 shake servings, which puts roughly 3,480 slush or 1,440 shake servings on the menu before the first syrup change. How the Premium Blended Beverages System Works
Staff (or the customer, in self-serve mode) select one or several flavours on the touchscreen. As the beverage draws from the Taylor freezer, the blending assembly mixes the chosen syrup into the base product through the spout, so flavour is fully integrated through every sip. The system automatically changes the flavour from one serving to the next with no manual reset between pours. Picking multiple flavours produces new combinations without slowing the line.

What's the difference between Premium Blended Beverages and the Soft Serve Flavor Burst systems?
Premium Blended Beverages is built for slush, shake, smoothie and frozen cocktail bases, not soft serve. The Soft Serve Flavor Burst (Stripe) and Soft Serve Flavor Blend systems are designed for soft serve and frozen yogurt. All three share the same touchscreen interface and 1-gallon syrup bag format, but they pair with different freezers and use different blending or injector assemblies.
Which Taylor freezers is the Premium Blended Beverages CTP compatible with?
The system is designed for the Taylor C708-SHAKE (with the FAC 301K facade and POP 5530 wrap, sold separately), the Taylor 428 and the Taylor 430. Adapter kits are available for additional Taylor models. TFI will confirm compatibility before quoting.
How many flavours can the cabinet hold at once?
All four cabinet models (CTP 80CBB, 80CBB-DLX, 80CBB-INT, 80CBB-INT-2S) hold 8 syrup flavours. Operators select any combination at the touchscreen.
How many syrup flavours are available in the catalogue?
17 Premium Blended syrup flavours, from classics (chocolate, strawberry, banana) to specialty profiles (blue raspberry, cotton candy, cinnamon bun).
How is the system controlled?
A 10-inch full-colour Color Touch Panel handles flavour selection, custom naming, pricing display and uploaded media. A self-serve mode with portion control is built in for unattended service.
How long do the syrups last?
Each 1-gallon syrup bag has a 24-month shelf life and does not require refrigeration. One bag pours up to 180 shake or 435 slush servings, and a full 8-flavour cabinet covers about 1,440 shake or 3,480 slush servings before the first change.
Does the cabinet need extra space?
It depends on the configuration. The CTP 80CBB-INT is designed to integrate into the Taylor C201 mobile cart, and the CTP 80CBB-INT-2S fits inside Taylor C206 mobile carts. The CTP 80CBB and CTP 80CBB-DLX install beside the freezer.
Can this system be used for soft serve?
No. Premium Blended Beverages is engineered for blended beverage bases (slush, shake, smoothie, frozen cocktail). For soft serve, see the Soft Serve Flavor Burst (Stripe) CTP or Soft Serve Flavor Blend CTP.
